WorkSafe Month 2020

Held every in October, Tasmania’s WorkSafe Month is a time for Tasmanian employers and workers to focus on improving work health, safety, wellbeing and return to work; and reducing work-related injury, illness and death.

The Month is a key initiative funded by the WorkCover Tasmania Board. It assists in achieving the Board’s functions in the areas of injury management, work health and safety, workers compensation and return to work.

It also contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the Strategic Plan 2018-2023 developed as a joint initiative with WorkSafe Tasmania.
